  • Fulfillment Hubs: All orders undergo strict quality control, consolidation, and dispatch from our secure logistics facility in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China.
  • Delivery Areas: We proudly deliver door-to-door across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and select Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
  1. Estimated Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines
    Our total delivery timeline is fully transparent and consists of two phases: Sourcing/Production Lead Time and Ocean Transit/Last-Mile Time.
  • Standard Furniture Items: Dispatched from our Foshan warehouse within 7–14 business days from order confirmation.
  • Custom & Bespoke Furniture Items: Manufacturing and custom tailoring take an additional 15–25 business days before consolidation and dispatch (Please refer to our Custom & Bespoke Furniture Policy for detailed production terms).
  • Ocean Freight Transit Time (Foshan Port to KSA/GCC Ports): Approximately 20–30 calendar days.
  • Customs Clearance & Last-Mile Home Delivery: 5–10 business days after port arrival and clearing.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: Approximately 35–45 business days depending on the customization scope, production cycles, and final destination address.
  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP Framework)
    To provide a premium and hassle-free shopping experience, Ronda Plus operates primarily on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) framework depending on your checkout selection. All applicable customs clearance fees, import duties, and local Value Added Tax (VAT) are calculated clearly at checkout, ensuring no hidden charges upon final doorstep delivery.
  2. Shipment Tracking & Milestone Updates
    Once your furniture container is booked, sealed, and loaded onto the ocean vessel, a tracking number and carrier details will be updated in your account dashboard. You will receive live milestone updates (e.g., Loaded at Port, Vessel Sailing, Customs Cleared, Out for Local Delivery) via email or your account profile.
