Custom & Bespoke Furniture Policy

At Ronda Plus (operated by RONDA PLUS TRADING LIMITED), we enable our clients to fully personalize dimensions, fabrics, premium materials, and structural configurations for various luxury furniture styles to perfectly fit their spaces. Because bespoke and customized items are manufactured specifically to your individual requirements and individual specifications, they are subject to strict operational and compliance guidelines.

1. Order Confirmation & Production Freeze Window

• Once a custom furniture order is successfully placed on our platform and payment is verified, our dedicated engineering and procurement team in Foshan coordinates specifications directly with our manufacturing facilities.
• Customers have a strict 24-hour window from the exact time of order placement to request any modifications, layout changes, or cancellations.
• After this 24-hour window expires, raw materials are purchased, production lines are locked, and manufacturing officially begins. Consequently, the order enters a production freeze and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

1. Manufacturing Lead Times & Quality Control (QC)

• Custom manufacturing timelines and production lead times generally range between 15 to 25 business days, depending entirely on the complexity of the custom design and material availability.
• Before any customized furniture piece leaves our consolidation warehouse in Foshan, China, our specialized QC team performs a rigorous quality control inspection. Physical high-resolution video and photo samples of your completed bespoke item will be documented and shared to verify structural integrity and material accuracy against your order specifications before ocean loading.

1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Status
   Because bespoke and customized products are tailored uniquely to individual preferences and cannot be restocked or resold to other clients, all custom-made furniture orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

The only exception to this policy is if the item arrives with a proven, structural manufacturing defect or severe transit damage that compromises the primary utility of the item, which will be fully governed, evaluated, and resolved under the strict terms outlined in our comprehensive Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
