1. Company and scope
Rondaplus.com is operated by RONDA PLUS TRADING LIMITED, Business Registration No. 80115693. These terms cover use of the website and requests for trading, sourcing, product inspection, shipping, tourism and business travel services. The written quotation or order confirmation forms part of the service agreement.
2. Requests and confirmation
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is an enquiry or quotation request, not a confirmed reservation or assurance of availability. An order is confirmed after written agreement on its scope, price, schedule and payment terms, and receipt of any payment required by that agreement. The person placing a request must have capacity to contract and authority to share information on behalf of others.
3. Prices and currency
US dollars (USD) are the base quotation and payment currency. Saudi riyal displays are indicative at 1 USD = 3.75 SAR; banks or payment providers may apply their own fees or exchange rates. Displayed prices require confirmation for availability and scope. Taxes, fees, payment deadlines and extras are stated in the written offer before acceptance. Changing the display currency does not change the payment currency.
4. Quotation fee and purchasing commission
The detailed quotation service costs 70 USD when selected and agreed for execution. On approval of the purchasing order, this amount is deducted from the company commission of 5% of total purchases. Selecting the option in a form does not automatically charge a payment. Goods, freight and additional service costs are specified separately in the quotation.
5. Shipping, sourcing and inspection
Customers must accurately describe cargo, dimensions, weight, quantity, value and destination, disclose restricted or hazardous materials and provide required documents. Container and volumetric-weight calculations are estimates: final loading and pricing depend on carrier measurements, equipment, weight limits and packing. An inspection agreement defines sampling, standards and reporting; an inspection is not an absolute guarantee for units outside its scope.
6. Tours and inclusions
The confirmed itinerary specifies accommodation, transport, visits, meals, guide services and exclusions. Tell us room, child, accessibility and dietary requirements before confirmation. Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and current entry requirements. Timings and routes depend on availability and operating conditions; material changes and alternatives are discussed with the customer.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Send written change or cancellation requests to info@rondaplus.com with the order reference. Service-specific cancellation deadlines and charges are disclosed in the quotation before payment is accepted; no single cancellation percentage is assumed for every service. Any refund due is calculated under the agreement, services already performed and documented non-refundable supplier costs, subject to statutory rights. If we cannot deliver a service, we explain alternatives and amounts eligible for refund.
8. Responsibility and acceptable use
Both parties must cooperate and provide accurate information. Misuse of the website and unauthorised file uploads are prohibited. Events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery; we will communicate to identify an appropriate solution. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction may be specified in the service agreement, subject always to mandatory rules.
9. Privacy, contact and updates

Updates appear on this page with a revision date. Later changes do not retrospectively alter a confirmed order without a contractual or legal basis.
